Evolving over five synergistic sites, Sage Hill Crossing will offer 2000 - 4000 planned high density residential units to compliment the core retail centre. Included in the development is a Regional transit hub for the Symons Valley area. Planning is underway for a campus office park that will house medical, professional and institutional tenants. A 200 unit boutique hotel and spa with convention facilities is included in the initial phase.
